Brown Mushroom-Toast Bread

Breakfast is very important meal because it influences our performance. It's important to make sure the breakfast we eat everyday is a healthy meal and provides a good source of nutrients to our body.

A very simple recipe for breakfast is my Brown Mushroom-Toast Bread. Any kind of mushroom can be used but brown mushroom is the best. I used Swiss Brown Mushrooms because it gives a stronger mushroom flavor even when added in any kind of dishes. It also adds a very beautiful rustic color to the meal.



Ingredients :-
Brown Mushrooms
Salt
Black Pepper
Butter
Bread
Coriander Leaves
Oil

Add a little oil to the frying pan and when it heats up, put in the mushroom slices, add salt and black pepper (crushed/powdered) and cook until it's nicely done, when you see that nice rustic color. Then add some coriander leaves and stir. Once it's prepared, spread butter on the bread and fill with the mushroom filling and toast it in your toaster. You can add other ingredients too like capsicum and anions, depends on your creativity. Happy trying.
